Hotel and Tourism Index Falls by 8.05 Points as NEPSE Market Declines

The NEPSE Index saw a decline of 4.00 points, or 0.15%, closing at 2,576.76 during the latest trading session. This follows the previous day’s loss of 57.03 points. The index fluctuated throughout the day, starting at 2,584.35 points, reaching a high of 2,606.04 points, and hitting a low of 2,551.40 points before settling at 2,576.76.

The Hotel and Tourism Index also experienced a decline, falling by 8.05 points, or 0.12%, to close at 6,404.07. This extended the previous session’s loss of 163.29 points. The index opened at 6,454.79 points, peaked briefly at 6,454.78 points, and dropped to a low of 6,299.00 points before ending the day at 6,404.07.
