With the commencement of Navaratri, there has been a notable surge in activity at various Shakti Peeths across the district. This morning, on the sixth day of Navaratri, a significant crowd of devotees gathered at the Chhinnamasta and Kankalini temples.
Resident Badri Paikare shared that thousands of devotees visit these sacred sites during Navaratri, with many also traveling from India to participate in the worship. Since the day of Ghatasthapana, devotees and worshippers have been engaged in singing bhajans and performing rituals in honor of the Goddess at these temples. The festive atmosphere reflects the deep spiritual significance of Navaratri, drawing both local and international devotees to celebrate this revered occasion.
