Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today, determining the buying and selling rates for various major currencies.
The exchange rate for 1 US Dollar has been set at NPR 134.23 for buying and NPR 134.83 for selling. The buying rate for 1 Euro is NPR 145.77, with a selling rate of NPR 146.42. Similarly, the UK Pound Sterling stands at NPR 173.30 for buying and NPR 174.07 for selling, while the Swiss Franc has a buying rate of NPR 154.63 and a selling rate of NPR 155.33.
The Australian Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 88.08 and a selling rate of NPR 88.47. The Canadian Dollar is set at NPR 96.34 for buying and NPR 96.77 for selling. For the Singapore Dollar, the buying rate is NPR 101.34, and the selling rate is NPR 101.79.
In Asian currencies, 10 Japanese Yen is set at NPR 8.79 for buying and NPR 8.83 for selling, while 1 Chinese Yuan is NPR 18.85 for buying and NPR 18.93 for selling. The Saudi Riyal stands at NPR 35.74 for buying and NPR 35.90 for selling, and the Qatari Riyal at NPR 36.82 for buying and NPR 36.99 for selling.
The Thai Baht is valued at NPR 3.96 for buying and NPR 3.98 for selling, while the UAE Dirham is NPR 36.55 for buying and NPR 36.71 for selling. The Malaysian Ringgit is set at NPR 30.66 for buying and NPR 30.79 for selling. The South Korean Won stands at NPR 9.74 for buying per 100 units and NPR 9.78 for selling. For the Swedish Krona, the rate is NPR 12.53 for buying and NPR 12.59 for selling, and the Danish Krone is set at NPR 19.55 for buying and NPR 19.64 for selling.
The Hong Kong Dollar has been set at NPR 17.26 for buying and NPR 17.34 for selling. The Kuwaiti Dinar stands at NPR 437.64 for buying and NPR 439.60 for selling, while the Bahraini Dinar is valued at NPR 356.02 for buying and NPR 357.62 for selling.
For the Indian Rupee, the exchange rate is set at NPR 160 for buying per 100 units and NPR 160.15 for selling. Nepal Rastra Bank has noted that these rates are subject to revision at any time if necessary. Commercial banks may set different rates, and updated exchange rates can be found on the central bank’s website.
