Nepal Airlines Corporation has announced a change in its flight schedule to Gulmi’s Resunga Airport. Previously, the airline operated flights twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. However, due to operational constraints, flights will now be available only once a week on Thursdays.
Resunga Airport’s Station Chief, Suman Thapa, explained that one of Nepal Airlines’ planes is currently grounded while another remains in operation. As a result, flights will be limited to once a week until the grounded plane is back in service.
Flights at Resunga Airport had faced frequent disruptions in the past due to adverse weather conditions. However, regular flights resumed over the past two weeks before this schedule adjustment was made.
Nepal Airlines has set the fare for flights between Resunga and Kathmandu at NPR 7,300 for the Resunga-Kathmandu route and NPR 7,500 for the Kathmandu-Resunga route.
