Bandipur Cable Car & Tourism Ltd. has announced that its cable car service under Bandipur Hill will remain closed for one day on the occasion of its routine monthly maintenance works aimed at ensuring operational safety, quality standards, and long-term reliability. According to the notice issued by the company, the cable car service will be fully suspended on Baisakh 29, 2083 (Tuesday) for scheduled maintenance activities. The company stated that the shutdown is part of its regular technical servicing program designed to enhance passenger safety and maintain international service standards.
The management has requested all passengers, tourists, shareholders, and the general public to take note of the temporary closure. It has also expressed regret for the inconvenience caused during the one-day suspension of service.
Other Tourist Activities to Remain Operational in Bandipur
Despite the cable car closure, the company confirmed that all other tourism-related attractions within the Bandipur Hill complex will remain fully operational. These include activities such as sky cycling, zipline services, the iconic swinging house, souvenir shops, entry services, and the drive-in restaurant, all of which will continue to operate as usual for visitors.
