Best Western Siraichuli Hotel Joins International Hospitality Brand Network

Hotel Siraichuli, one of the established hotels in Bharatpur, has officially joined the global hospitality brand Best Western Hotels & Resorts and will now operate under the name Best Western Siraichuli Hotel. The affiliation marks a significant development for Bharatpur’s hospitality industry, with the hotel expected to gain greater access to international markets, global booking platforms, loyalty programs and internationally recognized service standards. The move is also expected to strengthen Bharatpur’s visibility as a tourism destination among international travelers. Despite the new international brand identity, the hotel has said it will continue to preserve its local identity and traditional Nepali hospitality.

Rebranding to Strengthen International Market Access

The affiliation has been formalized through a franchise arrangement between Hotel Siraichuli’s ownership and Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Following the rebranding, the hotel’s operating systems, guest services, and facilities will be further aligned with Best Western’s international standards. The hotel will continue under local ownership while benefiting from Best Western’s global hospitality network.

Bharatpur Emerging as Gateway to Chitwan Tourism

Bharatpur has rapidly developed into a major economic and administrative center of Chitwan. The city also serves as an important gateway to Chitwan National Park, making it strategically significant for wildlife and tourism activities. Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tigers, and diverse wildlife and ecosystems.

Beyond wildlife tourism, Bharatpur is increasingly emerging as a center for business, healthcare, education and domestic tourism. Improved infrastructure and transportation connectivity have contributed to growing numbers of business and leisure visitors to the city, according to the hotel. The expansion of internationally branded hospitality services is expected to complement this growth by providing travelers with greater access to internationally recognized accommodation and service standards.

Global Network Expected to Boost Tourism Visibility

The hotel expects the affiliation with Best Western to benefit not only the property but also the broader tourism sector in Chitwan. Access to Best Western’s international booking system, global loyalty program, international service standards and worldwide brand visibility are among the key advantages expected from the partnership.

The hotel also plans to strengthen employee training and service procedures in line with Best Western standards, intending to provide guests with consistent and quality hospitality services. The hotel believes that its association with a globally recognized hospitality brand could enhance international travelers’ confidence in Chitwan while contributing to tourism growth, employment opportunities and the local economy.
