The Centurion Hotel in Biratnagar has entered into a pivotal agreement with NexGen Management to bolster its capital, attract investors, and streamline operations. The deal, formalized at the Century Group of Company’s office in Gyaneshwar, was signed by President Motilal Dugar of Centurion Hotel and President Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai of NexGen Management.
Situated prominently on Dharan Road, Biratnagar, the Centurion Hotel boasts a 10-storey structure housing commercial shops, meeting rooms, and a spacious banquet hall. A significant addition to the property includes a luxurious 146-room five-star hotel, operating under an agreement with the esteemed international brand, Vision Hotel Group, since July 2022. Led by distinguished industrialist Motilal Dugar, the hotel endeavors to achieve international hospitality standards through planned upgrades and construction.
NexGen Management Solutions Private Limited, renowned for its wealth management and business consultancy expertise, will be crucial in facilitating capital raising and investor recruitment for the hotel project. The firm, recognized for advising large and medium-sized industrial ventures, recently secured substantial investments from MAVC, a prominent Korean firm, during an international investment conference in Nepal.
This strategic partnership between Centurion Hotel and NexGen Management marks a significant step towards enhancing Biratnagar’s hospitality landscape, promising elevated service standards and operational excellence in the region.
