As part of its commitment to enhancing digital banking services, Citizens Bank recently launched Nepal’s first-ever “Citizens FonePay Credit Card.” Additionally, the bank now allows customers to apply for shares and obtain CRN numbers directly through its mobile banking app, further streamlining financial services.
