Ncell customers can now enjoy exclusive Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers and discounts on selected spa and beauty services following a new partnership between Ncell and Tranquility Spa. Under the partnership, customers purchasing a Ncell prepaid pack or postpaid plan worth Rs 499 or more will be eligible for a BOGO offer on Tranquility Spa’s Signature Massage, Body Scrub, Shirodhara and Premium Care Facial services. The offer allows two people to enjoy an eligible service for the price of one.
Discounts Available for Individual Customers
Clients who prefer to use the services individually can instead receive a 25 percent discount on spa services and a 20 percent discount on beauty services. According to Ncell, these particular benefits are available exclusively to Nepali nationals. The partnership also provides benefits to customers with prepaid packs or postpaid plans valued at Rs 99 to below Rs 499. Youth and general clients in this category can receive a flat 20 percent discount on spa services, while tourists are eligible for a 10 percent discount.
Benefits Available Through Ncell App
Clients can access the offers through the Ncell App by going to the “Partnered Services” section, selecting Tranquility Spa and redeeming the applicable offer at authorized Tranquility Spa outlets. The benefits displayed in the app will depend on the prepaid pack or postpaid plan purchased by the client. Clients who are not currently eligible for the offers can purchase an eligible pack or plan to unlock the applicable benefits.
Partnership Agreement Exchanged
The partnership agreement was exchanged by Lalit Sharda, Products Director of Ncell, and Ranil Phaiju, Chief Operating Officer of Tranquility Spa. Commenting on the partnership, Upanga Dutta, Chief Consumer Business Officer at Ncell, said the company is focused on creating value for customers beyond connectivity by making lifestyle and wellness experiences more accessible. He said the partnership is aimed at bringing wellness experiences into Ncell’s client benefits ecosystem and making lifestyle privileges more relevant to customers.
Expanding Lifestyle Benefits for Ncell Customers
The collaboration forms part of Ncell’s ongoing efforts to expand its partner ecosystem and provide customers with additional lifestyle benefits beyond telecommunications services. Through the partnership, Ncell customers can access wellness and beauty services at discounted rates while Tranquility Spa gains an opportunity to reach a wider client base through Ncell’s extensive network.
