All domestic flights at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have been cancelled today owing to adverse weather conditions.

According to TIA Spokesperson Rinji Sherpa, continuous heavy rainfall has resulted in low visibility, making it unsafe for aircraft to operate on domestic routes. The airport authority stated that the decision was taken in the interest of passenger safety.
