Aloft Kathmandu Thamel Named Official Host Hotel
As part of the announcement, GNN Prakashan Pvt. Ltd. and Aloft by Marriott Kathmandu Thamel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) appointing Aloft Kathmandu Thamel as the Official Host Hotel for the Global Tourism Excellence Awards 2027. Representatives of the two organizations signed the MoU during the event.
The hotel will serve as the official hospitality partner for the awards, which are expected to bring together tourism and hospitality leaders, travel professionals, destination representatives, buyers, media representatives, awardees and other industry stakeholders. The event will combine recognition of achievements in the tourism sector with opportunities for networking, business connections and collaboration among industry stakeholders.
Fishtail Tours & Travels Joins as Event and Travel Partner
Fishtail Tours & Travels has joined the initiative as the Event and Travel Partner for Nepal. A partnership agreement between GNN and Fishtail Tours & Travels was also signed during the announcement event. As the Event and Travel Partner, Fishtail Tours & Travels will support the awards with travel and local transportation arrangements, delegate movement and travel assistance for participants visiting Nepal. The partnership is expected to facilitate the participation of international delegates and tourism professionals attending the awards and related activities in Kathmandu.
