Program Kicks Off with Wide Participation

The initiative began with the participation of 45 individuals, including NTVA-affiliated members, representatives from various tourism-related organizations active in Pokhara, and media personnel. The program focuses on enhancing collaboration among tourism stakeholders and promoting lesser-explored destinations.

Orientation Training and Interaction Planned

According to NTVA First Vice President Ravi Prasad Acharya, the program is being conducted with the support of the Nepal Tourism Board, Gandaki Province. As part of the campaign, orientation training will be provided in Baglung to transport entrepreneurs, drivers, and co-drivers from Ghandruk (Kaski), Baglung, Myagdi, and Parbat districts. The training aims to improve service quality, safety awareness, and hospitality standards among tourism transport service providers.

Engagement with Local Tourism Entrepreneurs

The team will also travel to Dhorpatan, where discussions will be held with local tourism entrepreneurs. The interaction will focus on identifying challenges, promoting local attractions, and enhancing tourism services in the region.
