The Tourism and Industry Office has begun a new practice of signing agreements for tourism-related infrastructure projects directly at construction sites, involving technical staff, employees, and representatives of construction companies. According to Office Chief Poshnath Sharma, this approach has been adopted to ensure that projects funded under the current fiscal year are completed within the scheduled timeframe.

111 Projects Approved for the Current Fiscal Year
For the ongoing fiscal year, a total of 111 projects have been allocated budget for implementation in Parbat district. In the southern region of the district, covering Bihadi, Paiyu, and Mahashila rural municipalities, agreements have already been signed for 50 small and medium-scale projects.

Local Leaders Welcome Timely and Practical Approach
Chairperson of Paiyu Rural Municipality–2, Narbhupal Kafle, said that conducting contract signings directly at the project sites has made it easier to move development works forward without delays. He noted that agreements for the construction of temples in his ward were recently finalized through this on-site method. So far, 11 projects in the area have already been completed, signaling positive progress under the new system.
