S&JG Investments Pty Ltd, an Australian Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) company, is represented by Shesh Ghale and Jamuna Ghale Gurung, two prominent Non-Resident Nepalese (NRNs) who are actively involved in Nepal’s education, hospitality, and real estate sectors. Through their sister company, MIT Group Holdings, S&JG is already involved in the development of a five-star luxury hotel in the heart of Kathmandu, which is expected to be one of the highest FDI projects in the country’s hospitality sector. With an estimated investment of over NPR 4.75 billion, the Swonigha Resort will feature a 60-villa resort along with the international-branded five-star hotel.
