Taragaon Regency Hotel Proposes 5% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82

Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has proposed a 5% cash dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Mangsir 22, signaling the company’s continued commitment to providing stable returns to its investors.

Dividend Based on Paid-Up Capital of Rs. 1.96 Billion

According to the board’s resolution, the company plans to distribute a 5% cash dividend (excluding tax) from its current paid-up capital of Rs. 1,962,120,200. The proposed dividend will come into effect only after receiving formal approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). TRH’s stock had closed at Rs. 700 per share in the previous trading session, reflecting investor confidence in the company’s performance and long-term prospects.
