As per the latest update, the weather remains partly cloudy in the hilly regions, while the rest of the country enjoys fair weather conditions. Light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is expected at one or two locations in the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces. Additionally, light snowfall may occur at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous regions.
Tonight, the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces will continue to experience partly cloudy conditions. The forecast also indicates a likelihood of light rain with thunder and lightning at isolated locations in these regions, while high-altitude areas may witness light snowfall within the next 24 hours.
In light of these weather conditions, the Meteorological Forecasting Division has advised residents and travelers to take necessary precautions, particularly in regions prone to thunderstorms and snowfall.
