Organized by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), the participation aimed to showcase Nepal’s rich tourism potential, with a special focus on adventure tourism, cultural heritage, and luxury travel. According to a press release issued by the Board, Nepal’s presence at ATM 2025 highlighted the country’s breathtaking natural beauty, vibrant traditions, and environmentally sustainable tourism practices.
The Nepali delegation was led by Nabin Pokhrel, Senior Manager of NTB. During the event, the team engaged in several business-to-business (B2B) meetings with international tour operators, travel agents, and media representatives. These meetings served as a platform to present the unique aspects of Nepal as a travel destination and explore future collaborations.
To attract visitors and promote cultural awareness, the NTB distributed promotional materials such as brochures, travel guides, and traditional Nepali handicrafts. The initiative was well-received and played a key role in drawing attention to Nepal’s multi-faceted tourism experiences.

According to NTB, the ATM serves as a vital global platform to position Nepal in the international tourism market, offering an opportunity to highlight the country’s Himalayan landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and adventure-friendly environments.

Alongside the Nepal Tourism Board, 12 private travel and tourism companies from Nepal also participated in ATM 2025. Their active involvement further strengthened Nepal’s representation and visibility on the global stage.
Speaking at the event, NTB Senior Manager Nabin Pokhrel emphasized that such international fairs are crucial for introducing Nepal to new markets and fostering long-term tourism development. He expressed confidence that Nepal’s continued participation in platforms like ATM will contribute significantly to the country’s sustainable tourism growth.
The Arabian Travel Market is considered one of the most prestigious travel and tourism events in the Middle East, drawing participation from hundreds of countries and key global stakeholders.
