Doleshwor Village Resort and Farm House Pvt. Ltd., a renowned hospitality establishment located in Doleshwar, Bhaktapur, has recently signed a significant advisory agreement with Citizens Capital Limited. The agreement was formalized by Ramnath Mainali, Chairman of the resort, and Sabir Bade Shrestha, CEO of Citizens Capital Limited.
Under this collaboration, Citizens Capital will provide expert consultancy services to assist the resort in its planned transformation from a private limited company into a public company. Moreover, Citizens Capital will guide the resort through the complex regulatory process to obtain necessary approvals for a public issue (IPO), marking a crucial milestone in the company’s growth trajectory.
Doleshwor Village Resort

Established in 2019 (2076 BS), Doleshwor Village Resort currently occupies a sprawling 10 ropanis of land in the culturally rich region of Doleshwar. The resort presently offers 15 well-appointed rooms but has ambitious expansion plans to increase its accommodation capacity to 35 rooms within the current fiscal year.

Additionally, a swimming pool is set to be constructed by the end of the year to enhance the guest experience. The resort also boasts three versatile meeting halls that can accommodate up to 300 people, making it a preferred venue for weddings, religious fasts, seminars, and family picnics. Its proximity to the famous Doleshwor Mahadev Temple just 200 meters away adds a unique spiritual and cultural appeal that attracts both domestic and international tourists alike.
