Sagar Pandey has been elected President of the Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN). The vote counting, which began at 9:30 PM last evening, has just concluded.
The final results are yet to be officially announced by the election committee. Similarly, Sonam Galgen Sherpa has won the position of General Secretary, defeating Rajendra Prasad Subedi of the Sapkota faction.
In the race for Senior Vice President, Karma Sherpa emerged victorious, defeating Cholendra Karki of the Pandey faction. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal from the Sapkota faction won the First Vice President position, while Sanam Sherpa, also from the Sapkota faction, secured the Second Vice President role.
