The Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) and the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB) have reaffirmed their commitment to expanding tourism cooperation between Nepal and Bangladesh following a high-level meeting held in Bangladesh on Monday. During the visit, Bishnu Pandey, Secretary of NATTA, paid a courtesy call on the newly elected President of TOAB, Mohammad Hanif, and extended his congratulations to Hanif and the newly elected executive committee. The meeting reflected the shared commitment of both organizations to deepen their long-standing partnership and further strengthen tourism ties between the two neighboring South Asian countries.

A key agenda of the meeting was Nepal’s participation in the upcoming Bangladesh Travel & Tourism Fair (BTTF), one of Bangladesh’s leading tourism exhibitions. The two associations discussed opportunities to leverage the event as a platform for promoting Nepal’s tourism products while encouraging stronger business-to-business networking between tour operators from both countries.
