Shangrila Development Bank Limited has entered into a partnership with Tranquility Spa to provide exclusive discounts on spa and beauty services for the bank’s customers and employees. The agreement is aimed at enhancing customer value by extending wellness benefits beyond traditional banking services. Under the collaboration, eligible customers and staff members of the bank will receive discounted rates on a range of services offered by Tranquility Spa.
Discount Offers for Employees and Customers
As per the agreement, employees of Shangrila Development Bank will receive a 25 percent discount on individual spa services and a 15 percent discount on individual beauty treatments. Similarly, customers who maintain an account with the bank will be entitled to a 20 percent discount on individual spa services and a 15 percent discount on individual beauty services. The initiative is expected to encourage greater access to wellness and self-care services while rewarding the bank’s clients and workforce.
Agreement Signed by Senior Officials
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Apoorva Prasad Joshi, Senior Deputy General Manager (Sr. DGM) of Shangrila Development Bank, and Nirmala Bhochhibhoya, Learning and Development Manager at Tranquility Pvt. Ltd. The agreement will come into effect from and will remain valid for a period of two years.
