The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has announced an invitation for eligible and interested tourism companies to participate in the Seoul International Travel Fair (SITF) 2025, scheduled to be held from June 5 to June 8, 2025, in South Korea. The participation fee for the event is set at NPR 1,00,000, and the deadline for application submission is April 3, 2025. Interested companies must apply online through NTB’s official tender portal at https://tenders.ntb.gov.np.
As per the guidelines, applicants must submit necessary documents, including the Company Registration Certificate, VAT/PAN Registration Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, and License issued by the concerned authority. The selection process will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, and once shortlisted, NTB will notify selected companies via email. Upon selection, participants must deposit the participation fee and submit a bank deposit voucher along with a duly signed and stamped Contract/Code of Conduct for International Participation on their company profile in the NTB portal. Details regarding the deposit process will be provided in the official email sent to selected participants.
NTB has clarified that all travel arrangements, including transportation, hotel accommodation, and visa processing, must be arranged and borne by the participants themselves. The application process will commence during office hours, and companies must ensure timely submission of all required documents.
In case of cancellation of participation by NTB or the postponement/cancellation of the travel trade fair by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, NTB will take necessary decisions regarding the refund of the participation fee. However, NTB will not be held responsible for any other inconvenience or financial loss caused by such cancellations or postponements beyond its control.
