Radisson Creator Hub Revolutionizes Hotel Marketing Across 64 Countries

In less than a year since its launch, Radisson Hotel Group’s Creator Hub has rapidly grown into one of the hospitality industry’s most innovative marketing platforms, expanding to more than 400 hotels across 64 countries. Introduced in 2025, the initiative has gained widespread recognition for transforming the way hotels create and share travel content while earning several prestigious industry awards for its creative approach to digital marketing.

A New Approach to Hotel Marketing

Creator Hub is built on a simple yet effective concept that connects everyday travel content creators with Radisson hotels. Instead of relying on costly commercial photo shoots or traditional advertising campaigns, the platform offers selected creators complimentary hotel stays in exchange for original photographs, videos, and social media content. This model enables hotels to generate authentic marketing material without incurring media production costs while allowing creators to experience and showcase premium hospitality destinations to their audiences.

The initiative reflects the growing shift in travel marketing, where travelers increasingly trust genuine experiences shared by real people rather than polished promotional campaigns. As user-generated content continues to outperform conventional advertising, hotels are increasingly embracing creator-driven storytelling to inspire future travelers.

Authenticity Drives Modern Travel Decisions

According to Radisson Hotel Group, changing consumer behavior has significantly influenced the development of Creator Hub. Today’s travelers, particularly younger audiences, increasingly rely on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for travel inspiration instead of traditional search engines. The company believes authentic storytelling has become one of the most influential factors in destination discovery, with audiences placing greater trust in creators who share real travel experiences.

Roberto Tamayo, Global PR, Social Media and Influencer Marketing Director at Radisson Hotel Group, said travel discovery is no longer driven solely by search engines or polished advertising campaigns but increasingly shaped by trusted creators whose stories resonate with audiences. He noted that credibility now matters more than follower count, with smaller creators often generating stronger engagement because their content feels more genuine and relatable.

Rapid Global Expansion

Since its launch, Creator Hub has collaborated with more than 600 content creators across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. The platform now includes a diverse portfolio of hotels ranging from modern lifestyle properties to luxury heritage hotels. Rather than focusing on celebrity influencers, the initiative welcomes a broad mix of storytellers, including solo travelers, couples, photographers, filmmakers, families, and lifestyle creators.

Participants represent 44 countries, while some of the platform’s most sought-after destinations include Stockholm, Amsterdam, Gothenburg, Budapest, and Helsinki. Many creators have praised the platform for its smooth collaboration process and supportive hotel environments, highlighting the growing partnership between hospitality brands and digital storytellers.

Industry Recognition and Awards

The success of Creator Hub has quickly translated into international recognition within the communications and hospitality industries. The platform has received several notable accolades, including a Premios Dircom 2026 award in Spain, finalist recognition at the SABRE Awards EMEA 2026, an IN2 SABRE Certificate of Excellence, and inclusion among Actualidad Económica and El Mundo’s list of the “100 Best Ideas of the Year.” These achievements highlight the industry’s recognition of Creator Hub as an innovative model for hospitality marketing.

Strong Marketing Performance

Beyond producing engaging travel content, Radisson says the platform has delivered measurable marketing results. According to campaign analysis conducted with strategic communications agency Apple Tree, campaigns featuring nano-creators generated 22.2 times higher conversion rates than those involving macro-influencers. The program also achieved an impressive 34.1 percent impression rate, significantly outperforming traditional influencer campaigns. Hotel managers have also reported positive results. Roderick Smith, General Manager of Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West & Amsterdam Congress Center, said the platform has helped generate high-quality visual content that authentically showcases the property’s distinctive interiors and event spaces while reaching new audiences through trusted creator communities.
