Nepal successfully showcased its rich tourism offerings during a Tourism Promotion and B2B program held at the Rihga Royal Hotel in Tokyo. The event was a collaborative effort between Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Nepal Airlines Corporation, and PATA Nepal Chapter, aimed at strengthening Nepal’s presence in the Japanese tourism market in Tokyo.

Nepal Airlines Corporation showcased its fleet and network connectivity, emphasizing convenient travel options for Japanese tourists. The airline highlighted key routes, in-flight services, and safety measures to encourage inbound tourism from Japan.

Members of PATA Nepal actively engaged in a B2B networking session with Japanese counterparts, fostering meaningful business connections. The session provided opportunities for travel agents and tourism stakeholders to explore partnerships, joint promotions, and collaborative initiatives.

Dignitaries Highlight Importance of Promotion

The event was graced by Deputy Chief of Mission Mr. Harihar Kant Poudel from the Nepal Embassy in Japan, who underscored the importance of such programs in enhancing Nepal’s visibility in the Japanese market. NTB Executive Committee Member Mr. Narendra Deo Bhatta delivered the welcome remarks, while Chairman of PATA Japan Chapter, Mr. Tsuneo Tony Ishida, inaugurated the session with opening remarks.
