The Emirates Travel Store features a contemporary interior with soft beige tones, ambient lighting, and the Ghaf Tree motif incorporated into its design. Customers can consult experienced travel advisers for flight bookings, itinerary planning, personalized recommendations, and Emirates Holidays packages. One of the main attractions is a Boeing 777 Business Class seat displayed inside the store, giving visitors an opportunity to experience an element of Emirates’ premium cabin offering. The facility also includes an interactive selfie mirror and a queue management system designed to make customer service more efficient. Located in Unit 15 on the ground floor of Seef Boulevard, the store operates seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

More Than 26 Years of Connecting Bahrain to the World

Emirates began operating flights to Bahrain on 25 January 2000 and has since connected passengers from the Kingdom to Dubai and destinations across its international network. According to the airline, it has operated more than 52,600 flights and carried approximately 8.3 million passengers between Bahrain and Dubai, demonstrating the longstanding importance of the route to its regional operations.

The airline currently operates 14 weekly flights between Bahrain and Dubai using Boeing 777 and Airbus A350 aircraft. These services offer connections through Dubai to destinations including Dhaka, Manila, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, and Chennai. Emirates SkyCargo also supports Bahrain’s international trade by connecting local businesses with global markets and transporting cargo to and from the Kingdom.

Strengthening Customer Service and Regional Connectivity

Khalid Bel Jaflah said Bahrain remains an important part of the Emirates network, highlighting the airline’s longstanding relationship with the Kingdom. He explained that opening the new Travel Store represents continued investment in the Bahraini market and supports the airline’s ambition to improve the customer experience through more innovative services, in line with its “Fly Better” promise.

The new facility adds a dedicated in person service option for customers seeking assistance with travel arrangements and holiday planning. Alongside its flight operations and cargo services, Emirates continues to focus on strengthening regional partnerships, expanding international connectivity, and investing in its fleet, cabin interiors, inflight entertainment, and connectivity. The opening reinforces the airline’s commitment to serving travelers and businesses in Bahrain while connecting the Kingdom with destinations worldwide.
