Digital Donation System Launched at Pathibhara Temple, Taplejung

Devotees visiting the renowned pilgrimage site Pathibhara Temple in Taplejung can now offer donations through digital platforms. In collaboration with Laxmi Sunrise Bank, the Pathibhara Area Development Committee has implemented a system enabling devotees to make offerings digitally.

The Pathibhara Area Development Committee has set up a donation account with Laxmi Sunrise Bank, allowing devotees and donors to contribute directly via a QR code linked to the account, according to the committee’s Executive Director, Prajin Hangbang. Today, Anil Shrestha, the branch manager of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Taplejung, officially handed over the QR code to the Pathibhara Area Development Committee.

The committee announced that this QR code will soon be placed on the temple premises, providing added convenience for devotees. Although mobile network service is available in the temple area, the lack of stable internet access has prompted the committee to coordinate with Nepal Telecom for internet expansion.
