During the program, Air Traffic Control (ATC) Officer Mr. Subarna Raj Bhattarai delivered a comprehensive working paper presentation outlining the current status of Nepal’s aviation industry and highlighting major challenges affecting its long-term sustainability.

The presentation focused on several pressing issues, including the financial health of aviation institutions, infrastructure development needs, operational efficiency, air traffic management challenges, and the importance of strengthening aviation safety systems amid growing domestic and international air traffic movement.
