An elephant has been found dead due to electrocution in Bara district. The approximately 15-year-old wild elephant was discovered in a paddy field belonging to resident Ramesh JC, located in Bhuluyaikhore, Kolhabi Municipality-2. Abdul Karim, the head of the Kolhabi Subdivision Forest Office, confirmed the incident.

The elephant was found with an electric wire wrapped around its neck, indicating it had been trapped and killed by an electric shock.
